My name is Pavlo and I grew up in a Greek Cypriot home in New Jersey. In Greek, Pavlaki means little Pavlo, and it’s the name my grandmother (Yiayia) called me as she beckoned me over to a dinner table covered in all my favorites: dolmades, spanakopita, pastichio, etc.

I am honored to have the opportunity to share my take on these family recipes with the place I now call home, White Salmon, WA. I’ve always been happiest cooking food for the people I love (I definitely got that from Yiayia), so please come visit, let me serve you some delicious food, and become part of our family.
